GPS Location Enhancements

You can now view registered GPS locations associated with specific states, both in Reports and in the TimeClient.

Additionally, location visibility can be managed in the WebAdmin module, allowing administrators to control who has permission to view users’ locations.

GDPR Improvements

We’ve made it easier to comply with GDPR standards through the following updates:

  • User retention policies: Automatically delete inactive users via the WebAdmin module

  • Soft-deleted user management: View and take action on soft-deleted users in WebAdmin

  • HR Client support: Added support for GDPR-compliant data retention policies

Other Exciting News

  • Vacancy state and creation date are now displayed in the dropdown used to copy applicants to another vacancy in the HR Client

  • Konnekta Synchronizes users and call groups with Totalview every 15 minutes

  • Can now hide Time tab in mobile app by configuring rights in Web Admin
