1. Edit Time Sheet and send Requests in the Smart Clients

We are adding even more functionality to the Time feature in Totalview Smart clients. Now it is possible to edit the Time Sheet. Giving you the flexibility to manage your registrations on the go. Additionally, you’ll have easy access to all the changes you’ve made in the Time Sheet, making your time management more efficient and accessible.

2. Transfer calls to Call Groups

Call Groups have been integrated as a separate and easily identifiable component within the User Grid. With its own dedicated icon, the Call Groups is easily located when transferring calls and monitoring of agents logged in.

This improvement is also extended to the Smart Clients where the Call Groups now are in the Contact lists giving the opportunity to transfer calls directly to a Call Group. And for users with access to Call Group Overview it is now possible to transfer to each Call Group as well as to each individual agent.

3. Pin to top in User Grid

Besides the Call Groups making the user grid even more powerful. Now, you can easily pin your colleagues or Call Groups to the top. This means they’ll always be right there when you open your Totalview Client.

4. One Connect

We are pleased to introduce One Connect as integral component of our Phone Options, making this an even stronger tool for handling calls. With the possibility to establish forwarding rules, you can avoid missing opportunities while being busy. As a new part of the Totalview App you can manage which devices should handle incoming calls. For outgoing calls it is now possible to choose which number to display when calling as well as establishing a now answering protocol. With One Connect our call management solution ensures that no call goes unanswered or is handled ineffectively, making it an indispensable asset for seamless communication.

5. Other Exiting News

  • Basic Client, Time Client, and Reports - Now shows original Client Name when registering in the Doorway Client.

  • Totalview Client - We have added option to hide recurring appointments from appointment list.

  • For One Connect Users - The Switchboard can now change One Connect call profile for other users.

  • HR - Unsolicited vacancies are changed into candidate pool.
