1. Konnekta Integration¶
With our newest release, Totalview 2024, we are proud to announce official support for Føroya Tele’s business communication platform called Konnekta.
2. Web Admin¶
Totalview Cloud customers will be happy to learn that the web version of the Totalview Administration tool now allows administrators to easily add, modify and delete resources, with regards to their basic information as well as their relevant groups and time groups.
3. Time in App Refinements¶
Improvements and optimization including the option to now swipe to delete Time Sheet correction registrations, and to easier navigate from Time Account to Time Sheet
4. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Support for 3CX¶
3CX customers will be glad to hear that Totalview now supports Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology. The system can both capture IVR input from callers, as well as visualize the data stream in the Switchboard and Contact Center clients.

DND in Teams (3CX only) - Set DND on 3CX local device when in a Teams call
HR - Added option to manage email templates and see vacancy statistics
Server - Added option to mark Admin user as non-deletable
Custom Customer Information Connector - Added Custom Lookup connector type
Android - Added synchronization of Totalview contacts with device’s phonebook
Totalview Cloud Management - Health check for monitoring
Totalview BI Management - Added support for custom replication intervals (CRON)
