Important notifications

• [Exchange] WebDAV is not supported by Exchange 2010. The Exchange EWS can be used to synchronize with the Exchange 2010.

• [Exchange EWS] Totalview 3.1.3 ships with the EWS connector. The EWS connector uses web services to communicate with the Exchange server.

If switching between the WebDAV and the Exchange Web Services connectors, synchronized appointments that are saved in Totalview will lose their Totalview information.

• [MobileWeb] When upgrading to Totalview 3.1.3, the Totalview Mobile Web Application, if used, must also be upgraded.

• [Exchange EWS] Exchange EWS connector added. EWS is using the Exchange Web Services to communicate with the Exchange server. EWS is supported on the Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 versions.

• [Exchange] Specifying what calendar to use if users have multiple calendars.

• [Client] When clients connect to the server, they show the current known state of the monitored mobile phones.

• [Client] Problem solved with client disconnect at start up. Dialog “Server is not responding” sometimes appeared at start up. This problem typically occurred on slow networks.

• [Client] Problem solved with mobile state only being shown in contact details and not in user grid.

• [Client] Forcing client settings to be saved with specific machine name by adding /c:name to the shortcut. Solved problem with client settings being saved with various different names when running virtual clients.

• [Server] Totalview server service stops if sending ping to a client that is not yet initialized. Problem solved.

• [Server] Possible access violation when a connection is force disconnected from the server. Problem solved.

• [CSTA] In some situations the mobile state might hang after transferring call to the mobile device. Additional controls are added to solve this problem.

Added features

• [Client] Number log added. The client lists incoming and outgoing calls from the user’s default local number with the duration of the call. The client does not have to be started for the call to be logged.

• [Client] Remote calling. Create a call from a registered mobile or home number. The call is initiated at the local PBX. When the registered number answers, the call is transferred to the selected destination.

• [Client] Hide appointment subject description from other users than the appointment owner. Other users will see State caption instead of subject description.

• [Client] Calendar view altered and view selection functionality added.

• [Client] Disable numeric shortcuts.
