1. Totalview Time in the Smart Clients¶

We are excited to share that Totalview Time is now available in the Smart Clients for both iOS and Android. This first version includes time account data, empowering users to gain valuable insights into their working hours across various time periods. The new feature can be found by pressing the clock item in the bottom menu. For later releases, we are planning to implement balance changes, timesheets and work specification data.
2. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Support for Uni-tel One-Connect¶
Uni-tel One-Connect customers will be glad to hear that Totalview now supports Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology. The system can both capture IVR input from callers, as well as visualize the data stream in the Switchboard and Contact Center clients.
3. Totalview HR in Totalview Cloud¶
Totalview HR can now be enjoyed in the cloud. Together with the rest of the Totalview suite, our human resource management application is fully integrated with Totalview Cloud, so customers do not need to rely on a physical server infrastructure to manage their employee data.
4. Totalview HR Recruitment - Unsolicited applications¶
In order to make the hiring process more efficient for your organization, Totalview HR Recruitment now supports unsolicited job applications, allowing applicants to submit their information at any time, without deadline or recruiting process.
The feature is fully compliant with GDPR standards, as you can decide the amount of time after which those applications should be deleted. One week before the deletion deadline, applicants will receive an email notification with the option to either extend or delete their stored data.
Apart from that, we have also added support for being notified when a new application is received, as well as the possibility to stop vacancies early without employing an applicant.
5. Totalview HR - Improved file management¶
More generally, we have changed how Totalview HR manages files and documents. The latest release enables users to more easily select files from across the application, as well as using drag and drop to attach documents, giving you a more unified file management experience.
6. Uni-tel One-Connect - Advanced integration¶
Since we are continuously integrating with Uni-tel One-Connect, there are a number of different telephony features that are now part of Totalview, e.g. support for wrap up time when using the Contact Center Client, the option to select MakeCall device when running the Basic Client, set as active when selecting device types for logging in to queues, and a hang up button for alerting One-Connect calls.
