1. Doorway for iPads

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Doorway Client for iPads. The app is available for iPads on App Store.

2. Totalview is now compliant with the EU working time directive

Totalview is now able to display average work week information ensuring compliance with the 48-hour average work week standard. This feature is accessible through the Reports Dashboard and the Totalview App for both iOS and Android devices, offering a streamlined way for management and staff to monitor and adhere to the new regulations.

3. Extensions to Totalview Cloud WebAdmin module

It is finally possible to attach Agreements to users directly from the Users section in our WebAdmin module. Making it easy to see and manage which Agreements each user is committed to at all times. Furthermore, we also implement a new and improved Time Group section, so you easily can create, manage and administrate your Time Groups from Totalview WebAdmin module as well.

4. Konnekta gets even better

We have added several new features for our Konneta clients:

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology. The system can capture IVR input from callers, as well as visualize the data stream in the Totalview Switchboard and Totalview Contact Center.

  • Show call-back calls in Totalview Switchboard active queue, as incoming calls, tagged with a call back icon

  • Added support for Totalview Statistics and Totalview Wallboard

  • And finally, the Call-with-number feature, which can be enjoyed in the Totalview app. This means that the user gets the flexibility to choose what phone number to promote, when making outgoing calls via the Totalview app.

5. Other Exciting News

  • BusyLights can play a ringing tone when alerting calls are recieved in Basic Client

  • Change state order and visibility in the Basic Client

  • One Connect supports DND when in a Teams call
