1. Improved Call-log

We are thrilled to introduce the new and improved call-log!

Discover the improved call-log across our desktop clients and apps.

Key features:

  • Queue Distribution: Easily view your queue distribution, including handled-by information.

  • Call Differentiation: Distinguish between direct calls and calls from groups you are part of.

  • Call Status: Check if a call was missed, handled by you, or managed by another agent.

These updates improve overview and collaboration between agents.

2. Other exciting news

  • Added new field type to Balance that can be used by PowerBI

  • Display an error when creating or activating a user which then exceeds the licensed maximum user limit in WebAdmin

  • Added ability to search in users’ custom field values in the user grid in WebAdmin

  • Improved logging when going offline and online for iPhone

  • Changed hotkeys from the Ctrl+Shift+Key pattern to Ctrl+Alt+Key and Alt+Key on the Users page in WebAdmin

  • Fixed the HR Client application being opened behind other windows and not remembered maximized/windowed state
