OneConnect Parameters¶
For the TotalviewOneConnect connector to be able to communicate with One-Connect, a user with the roles “Omstillingsbord” and “Tillad Administration” must be created on One-Connect.
Also the PBX setting “Håndfri Kaldhåndtering” must be checked and the TotalviewOneConnect machine IP address must be added to the “Netblokke” section with API access enabled.

Outbound Caller ID settings¶
The users’ Outbound Caller ID can be changed using the clients phone settings, or by changing state or activating appointments.
Valid Outbound Caller IDs are the users own work or mobile number, numbers defined in templates and forwarding rules, and optionally an empty string.
The user must have the “Set Caller ID” user right to use Outbound Caller ID.
Allow blank Caller ID |
Determines if the Outbound Caller ID can be set to an empty string. |
Multiple OneConnect device types (local, mobile, Teams)¶
If an OneConnect user has a single or multiple device types then the registration in Totalview should still be on the local device.
E.g. user 202@uni-tel.dk with local number 202, mobile number 45450202 and Teams number 55450202 should be registered with device 202 in Totalview.
Call control, e.g. Blind Transfer and Consult/Reconnect/Transfer, will automatically execute on the device handling the call without the user be required to switch device type in Totalview.
When setting device control, e.g. Forwarding/DND, on local device the settings will automatically apply to mobile/Teams.
Mobile/Teams number should not be registered as local device.
Mobile number can be registered as mobile device.
Teams number can be registered as Teams device.
IVR user input¶
User input can be collected and shown in the Totalview client.
The user input is collected from the “Brugerinput” component in the defined “Kaldplan”
Forward no answer¶
The OneConnect profile only allows for one setting and does not remember “Forwarding no answer” if a Forwarding is removed.
The “Forwarding no answer” is a backing setting used to reset the “Forwarding no answer” setting when a Forwarding is removed using Totalview.
Other settings¶
If using the Uni-tel softphone, the “Accepter automatisk besvarelse” must be enabled on the phone
When using outbound caller Id all device types (local, mobile, Teams) are set to the selected caller Id
If 3CX device is default local device and One-Connect device is secondary local device, then the One-Connect device will be used for mobile call control
When deflecting call the destination is read from the Call Profile settings in the order Local, Mobile, Teams
When using Forwarding settings in Templates and Forwarding Rules the forward-to value can be set to VM to forward calls to the user’s voice mail
If user has “DND when in Teams” user rights, then OneConnect DND is set when user is in a Teams call
N.B. Previous DND setting is not remembered. When teams call ends DND is disabled.
