This section describes the configuration and available options for managing tenant information within the WebAdmin interface.

Data Retention Policy¶
This section outlines the data retention policies applicable to tenant data.

The user retention policy operates in two phases:
- Soft delete phase
Users who have been deactivated for longer than the configured retention period are soft-deleted.
- Permanent deletion phase
Soft-deleted users are permanently removed after 90 days. During this period, user data is retained and can be restored if needed. After the 90-day period, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- If the user retention policy is enabled on an existing installation, it behaves as follows:
On the first run, all users who have been deactivated longer than the retention period are soft-deleted. Any users who have already been soft-deleted for more than 90 days are permanently deleted.
