Call Groups

The Totalview app for Android offers call group management options, including:

• Call group overview where the user is able to see his or her own call groups as well as managed call groups

• Call group roulette where the user is able to see a more compact view of the call group’s details from the My State page

• Call group details where the user is able to see more specific statistics from the call group

  Viewing own call groups will only be visible if the user is a member of a call group, and has the “Call Group” right assigned.

  Managing call groups will only be visible if the user has the “Call Group Admin” right assigned.

  Please note that call group functionalities in Totalview are only available for customers using 3CX, Broadworks, One-Connect, IPOffice, or Konnekta. Unify is not supported.
