Contacts

The Contacts view provides you with a list of all colleagues and call groups in your organization, as well as your local phone contacts.

Call groups are indicated via a headset icon in the contact list. Unlike the contacts in the list, you are unable to click to open a call group’s page. However, you may be able to transfer calls or call said call group from the contacts list.
