Broadworks Mobility

Totalview Broadworks PBX integration has been extended to also work with Mobility service in Broadworks, as of Totalview 2022.

Service Description

Broadworks Mobility makes it possible to do more call handling in mobile phones, that are connected to the service, to the extent that it has almost feature parity with a physical device.

The only limitation is that you cannot make or answer calls hands free from a mobile phone.

It does not matter if the calls is initiated from the mobile phone number.

It also does not matter if the called number is the mobile number.

The mobile acts just like a physical desk phone with respect to call control, except the aforementioned limitation with hands free make and answer call.
