Call Statistics When Using the 3CX Phone System¶
When using callstatistics with the 3CX phone system there are a few exceptions.
The 3CX call statistics does not show Transferred calls. The rules for generating the statistics are listed below.
3CX specifics when generating statistics.
Calls answered by Queues, IVR’s or VoiceMails are not registered as answered calls and do not affect the NoOfEstablished property.
Calls answered by VoiceMail are registered as AnswerdByVoiceMail. The property can be seen in the View Data Details page.
Calls distributed by Queues are registered as calling the Queue. This way the statistic shows calls handled by a specific Queue.
When handling incoming external calls, the called DID number is registered. The property can be seen in the View Data Details page.
