When installing the connector services, we recommend that a description name is added to the service name so it can easily be identified.

We recommend the following rule to be followed: The name of the services is starting with Totalview3 with the name of the connector type appended. The name of the connector, defined in Admin/Connectors, should also be appended.

Examples of service names for a connector named DEMO:

• Totalview3ExchangeDEMO in case of an Exchange calendar connector

• Totalview3HiPathDEMO in case of a HiPath connector

• Totalview3SMSDemo in case of a SMS connector
