Caller IdentificationΒΆ
It is possible to use Totalview for caller identification. By using Totalview to identify calls, phone will automatically search for and present unknown phone numbers if they are assigned to an employee in Totalview.
To setup caller identification user has to enable caller identification in phone settings.
