Installing with Installer exe (User Installed)

The standard method for installing the Totalview desktop clients is to download and run the installer

from the designated installation website.

To install the Totalview desktop clients, download and run the installer from the specified installation site.

This site typically follows the format: https://<TenantName>.CloudHostDNS.cloud (e.g., https://companyName.totalview.cloud).

1. Download the installer:

   • Navigate to the installation site.

   • Click the green Download button to download the installer file.

2. Run the Installer:

   • Open the downloaded file, named something like TotalviewClientsSetup_<TENANTNAME>.totalview.cloud.exe.

   • The part after TotalviewClientsSetup_ is the tenant’s URL, which instructs the installer where to retrieve installation details.

   • Note: If this URL is incorrect or missing, the installer will prompt for manual entry.

3. Complete the Installation:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

   • After finishing, the Totalview clients will be ready for use if the installation completes successfully.
