Resource Access Rights

With resource access rights it is possible to set up who can see whom and what in Totalview. The following can be set up:

• If two persons can see each other

• If two persons can see each other’s private or public state

• Which persons a switchboard operator can see and operate on

This is done by setting up three custom fields which will be resolved into a group. The grouping is done so that all persons with overlapping custom field value are in the same group.
