Call statistics when using the 3CX phone system

When using callstatistics with the 3CX phone system there are a few exceptions.
The 3CX call statistics does not show Transferred calls. The rules for generating the statistics are listed below.
3CX specifics when generating statistics.
* Calls answered by Queues, IVR’s or VoiceMails are not registered as answered calls and do not affect the NoOfEstablished property.
* Calls answered by VoiceMail are registered as AnswerdByVoiceMail. The property can be seen in the View Data Details page.
* Calls distributed by Queues are registered as calling the Queue. This way the statistic shows calls handled by a specific Queue.
* When handling incoming external calls, the called DID number is registered. The property can be seen in the View Data Details page.
